SPRING CONDITIONING: April 6th- June 30th, 2026
Get strong, improve your balance and agility, core strength and endurance. Classes are designed to build a strong, resilient and capable body so you can enjoy your spring and summer outdoor pursuits!
Classes meet 2x per week for 1 hour. April 6th- June 30th. The 12 week session cost is $480 for the M/W classes (24 classes) and $500 for the T/Th classes (25 classes.)
Drop-in classes are available when space allows. $25 per class. Contact me at 406.531.1625 to reserve your spot.

Class Policies
Refunds or class credits are not offered for missed classes. If you will miss a class, contact me asap and I will do my best to get you into another class time that week. Please be on time for class and please do not come to class if you are sick. Thanks!
