SKI CONDITIONING: Build Your Best Season Yet!
Ready to hit the slopes or nordic trails stronger, faster, and more resilient this year? This 12-week progressive functional strength training class is designed specifically to build ski strength, more stable joints and better endurance. Whether you alpine or nordic ski, snowboard or just haul kids to the ski hill, this class will prepare you.
Each 1 hour class incorporates progressive weightlifting, core strength, balance work, stability training and plyometrics.
In short: You’ll become a badass—ready to show-up for winter and maximize your winter sport enjoyment and potential!
Classes meet 2x per week for 12 weeks. Pick your class time from the options below and this will be your spot for the 12 weeks. Cost is $460 for the 12 week session.
WINTER MAINTENANCE (coming in January)
Get strong and mobile, improve balance, agility, core strength and endurance. Classes are designed to build a capable and resilient body so you can enjoy your outdoor adventures and daily life more.
Classes meet 2x per week from January 3rd to March 26th. The full 12 week session cost is $480. Drop-in classes are also available when space allows ($25 per class).
Class times are Monday/Wednesday 4pm or 5:30pm, and Tuesday/Thursday 5:45am, 7am, 9am, or 12 Noon.
Registration opens December 22nd, 2025.

Class Policies
Refunds or class credits are not offered for missed classes. If you will miss a class, contact me asap and I will do my best to get you into another class time that week. Please be on time for class and please do not come to class if you are sick. Thanks!
