WINTER MAINTENANCE – January 5th – March 26th, 2026
Get strong, improve your balance, agility, core strength and endurance. Classes are designed to build a capable and resilient body so you can enjoy your outdoor adventures and daily life more.
Classes meet 2x per week from January 5th to March 26th. The full 12 week session cost is $480. Drop-in classes are also available when space allows ($25 per class).
Class times are Monday/Wednesday 4pm or 5:30pm, and Tuesday/Thursday 5:45am, 7am, 9am, or 12 Noon.

Class Policies
Refunds or class credits are not offered for missed classes. If you will miss a class, contact me asap and I will do my best to get you into another class time that week. Please be on time for class and please do not come to class if you are sick. Thanks!
