PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLANS
Train with guidance! Structured plans with personalized recommendations so you can get the most out of your workouts. Train more effectively and get results. Includes 1/2 hour phone consult or meet-up, written schedule and email/text communication.
Training plans are $199 for an 8 week block.
GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Momentum Functional Strength Classes are built for the outdoor athlete.
We believe that the time you spend in the gym should make the time you spend outside even better.
At Momentum, you’ll get stronger, improve balance, build endurance, core strength and develop agility—so you can perform your best in the activities you love, from skiing and running to biking and hiking.
Our classes run in 12-week sessions, each designed around Montana’s seasons and outdoor sports:

January–March: Winter Maintenance

April–June: Spring Conditioning for Cycling & Running

July–September: Summer Maintenance

October–December: Ski Conditioning
Each session has a clear goal: build strength, prevent injury, and keep you healthy year-round.
Join for a 12 week session or train all year to maintain your fitness through every season. Drop-in classes are available when space allows.
